In a shocking display of cruelty, a group of teenage boys taunted and abused a small puppy before hurling the helpless animal off a balcony in Iloilo City in the Philippines this week.
Their actions were recorded on social sharing application Snapchat. The video shows a raucous group of teens howling with laughter as one of the boys grabs the puppy and roughly simulates sexual intercourse with the terrified animal.
Another boy then grabs the dog and, using one hand, forcefully tosses the animal off the balcony, sending the tiny puppy flying through the air.
It is unknown what happened to the tortured dog following these incidents.
The video came to the attention of Animal Welfare Association Iloilo, who appealed for those who knew the identity of the abusers to come forward.
Outraged viewers identified some of the teenagers as students of St Paul University Iloilo and many reported their actions to the school.
Sign this petition urging the Iloilo Police and Iloilo St. Paul University to find all perpetrators involved, hold them accountable for this horrific cruelty, and act now to stop them from growing up into serial animal abusers.
