PETITION TARGET: Lacy Lakeview Police Chief Jeron Barnett
Innocent cats have been found dead, with their heads stuffed into plastic or potato chip bags, at several gruesome crime scenes throughout Lacy Lakeview, Texas.
Police have aptly called this series of horrific and severe animal cruelty “highly concerning behavior.”
The Lacy Lakeview Police Department is investigating and has asked the public to come forward with information on who is perpetrating these acts of vicious violence against harmless cats.
Studies have shown a link between extreme violence against animals and some people who also commit violent crimes against human children or adults. The individual(s) responsible for killing these cats must be found, and this case must be taken seriously.
Sign our petition urging Lacy Lakeview police to thoroughly investigate these circumstances and pursue maximum charges against the perpetrators of this horrendous violence against innocent cats.
