In a shockingly cruel act of animal abuse, a man in Ibarreta, Argentina tied a puppy to the back of his motorbike and dragged the helpless animal down the street by the neck.
The puppy’s skin was torn to shreds as the bike pulled his body across the ground.
Outraged auto passengers caught the incident on camera, and yelled out to the man to stop because the dog was being strangled to death. The cruel reply? The dog was being punished “so he learns to return home.”
The police are reportedly investigating this case, and it is imperative that they treat this cruelty with the severity it deserves.
Sign this petition to urge Argentinian Ambassador Fernando Oris de Roa to do everything in his power to ensure that justice is served in this horrifying case, and make it a top priority to end animal cruelty in Argentina so that no more dogs must suffer this fate.
