Two dogs who once knew only suffering are finally safe—thanks to the compassion of Lady Freethinker supporters.
Chiquita — a tiny Chihuahua who was discovered severely emaciated, tethered outside, and blinded by untreated diabetes — has now found her forever home with a loving guardian who gives her daily insulin shots, endless affection, and all the food she needs.

Drew, one of more than 30 dogs rescued from deplorable conditions, was living in a crate filled with feces and suffering from a painful case of mange. Today, she’s receiving vital veterinary care and bopping happily around in her kennel as she recovers — soon to be ready for adoption into a nurturing home.

Both canines were rescued by Law N’ Paws in El Paso, Texas, whose team provides life-saving treatment, shelter, and love to abused and neglected animals. LFT sponsored the rehabilitation of these dogs through a grant from our Animal Aid Fund, made possible by your generous donations.
