Animal-lovers in America can now purchase the divine skincare products of Paris-based luxury company Sentéales Paris, with their 100 percent plant-based range now available on Amazon and in select spas.

The cruelty-free brand was launched in Paris in 2015 by noted cosmetic chemist Madame Christiane Benet (Founder of The Laboratoire Carole Franck) and the Laboratoire Sentéales, founded by Mr Franck Benet.

None of the products produced by Sentéales use ingredients containing animal products, nor have they ever been tested on animals, focusing instead on the unique medicinal properties of plants and their natural aromas.

“We’re proud to bring a skincare brand to the United States that is luxurious, highly effective, plant-based and cruelty-free,” said Ramin Nour, President of Skincare BBR Cosmetics, Exclusive Distributor of Sentéales in the United States.

The treatments painstakingly crafted by Sentéales enhance the healing nature and anti-aging properties of various plant components — including peptides, fruit acids and hyaluronic acid — to restore and brighten skin. Aromatherapy techniques are used to create a variety of elixirs and serums to suit all skin types.

Although testing cosmetics and skincare on animals is both cruel and unnecessary, many big-brand cosmetic companies continue to do so, such as L’Oreal, Estee Lauder, MAC, Lancome and many more.

Animals have chemicals poured down their throats, applied to their eyes and skin, and live unnatural lives in laboratories just for human vanity. Humane Society International (HSI) estimate that between 100,000 and 200,000 animals suffer and die for cosmetics every year — including rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats and mice.

The European Union (EU), Israel, India, New Zealand and a host of other countries have led the way for animal rights, banning the sale of any cosmetics tested on animals; however, no such ban exists in the United States.

Thankfully, we can turn to brands like Sentéales Paris to look our best without harming a single animal.
