When rescuers got the call, this dog was fighting for her life at the bottom of a deep well. Trying desperately to climb up the steep, slippery rocks, she had used up nearly all of her energy swimming for what may have been hours.
But workers at Animal Aid Unlimited were not going to let her die. They rappelled down the rocks, caught the exhausted dog in a net and raised her safely back to dry land.
Now she is safe and in good hands.
Thank you, rescuers, for saving this dog’s life.
The saddest eyes ever.
Thank you for rescuing her.
Bless and thank everyone involved in rescuing toys beautiful pup.
There are some wonderful folks in the world!!
These wonderful men are true heroes for saving this poor helpless dog.

I’m sure that poor dog was so traumatized and knew you were coming to save its life!
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !!!
i can’t get this baby out of my mind, with its blue face! i am sending a donation and hope i can be its godmother!! love to you all!
This is so beautiful! Thank you so much for your compassion!! God Bless
i am in love w this baby! i am sending $100 to the charity and want to be her godmother. pls keep us posted how she does, poor innocent soul!
i keep crying about all these babies. i can’t bear it. it’s face is blue.
i guess i’m at the point where i realise i’d like to ask for help. i am 62, disabled and now possibly becoming paralysed. am having a lot of doc visits to see. i am from sf, ca but moved to france 19yrs ago as i cdnt get health insurance. now live alone outside paris with 2 dogs 2 shelter cats and 2 rescue cats…plus 2 hens for eggs. i am a big animal lover!! i used to volunteer in the bay area with therapy dogs/cats int’l. i also was a foster mom for the oakland spca.
it is a long story, but i’ve always been rejected by my family, in part because i’m disabled. in part, i think, because i have different values – like kindness, faith, giving….and not being money grubbing and cold hearted. when i spent a lot of money long ago for my cocker to have emergency eye surgery my nasty older brother said i shd have had my angel put down!! and when i was at university and went to his office to borrow 5 bucks to get the bus home, he made me write him a check!! i will never forget that.
i am asking now if anyone will adopt me. no money involved!!!! no obligations, no formality. i just want to know someone cares. i don’t want to die alone and unmourned and unkown, same as i wish for these babies. the older family members whom i loved and who loved me are all long gone. i don’t have human kids. i don’t even have a lot of energy to write at times. but i am happy to talk to anyone who cd be a friend (i can call anywhere on a flat rate). if you come to the paris area you cd maybe visit; i used to do b&b. i am thank god financially independant, but i am all alone and isolated. i have a degree with honors in comparative literaure, love art and cooking (don’t do much now). used to adore traveling. used to ride/jump horses. love nature. am a catholic but open to any form of grace and light. used to teach hs english/spanish/french. design jewelry and like lapidary. love antiques.
but mostly i love animals!
could any one adopt me as a friend, ‘aunt’, or other?? i am trying not to feel embarassed to reach out. i know most of you are really lovely people. god bless. namaste. lisa 33 139759573

BRAVO to the rescuers!!!
the Galarneau family
God Bless them. Was anything done to cover up that well so that this does not happen to another animal or person?
GOD Bless the people who rescued this beautiful four legged baby. I want to see more people help and give money, to keep these babies safe. Now all this little one needs is a forever home, with a loving Mom and Dad.
this is such a brilliant charity to support. Not only do they put their lives at risk to save any animal that needs help but they are so appreciative of any support they get. With the increase ( or so it seems ) of cruelty to animals it is good knowing there are such people out there.
WHERE was this. WHich Animal Aid?
The young people at Animal Aid are among the best and most caring rescuers in the world. They do such wonderful work, and with so little resources. They truly deserve to be supported.
Love these people,it’s good to know that there is good out there in this horrible world
May God bless these wonderful people. I can’t imagine how scared and exhausted this poor dog was or how long she struggled to stay alive. I’m not an expert on wells but wish they weren’t open..but maybe they need to be. I don’t want to think of the domestic animals and other wildlife not found in time. Thank you for being so caring!
Poor little thing. I wonder how long he had been in that well and I wonder who threw him in there. If someone threw him in there, then they should be thrown in themselves.
It too bad that the well is left open, but it’s in a rural are of Pakistan it would appear. Let’s just hope it doesn’t fall victim to the meat trade. Congrats for the well done and heart felt job of saving one of mans best protectors, best friends and a fellow sentient being.
OMG I did not know it was in Pakistan. Somebody for sure probably threw the poor little thing in there. THose people hate dogs and think they are unclean. Thank God for the rescuers who rescued that poor baby.
Thank you for the love in your hearts for these unconditional love Dogs have for us..
Blessings!!
Well done folks, next step to get the hole covered over so no other animal will meet a terrifying end down that well. Because I bet its not the first to end up down there.
I didn’t see your post Shaun before I posted (for some reason comments don’t show up until I post one?) But that was my main concern too..why is it open and will they cover it? I really hope so..and agree with you. Sadly it’s probably not the first or last. I wish I knew why and what the plans are to fix this?
Nice job guys. Thanks for all that you do.
Take care Coreen
God bless these rescuers.
Amen
