Found stumbling around helplessly with its head stuck in a tin can, this fox cub could do little but call out in desperate shrieks for help. Luckily, the cub happened to be in the yard of a kind man, who gently pulled the can off of the distraught fox’s head.
The cub quickly showed its appreciation, nuzzling up to the man and even licking his toes.
According to the RSPCA, fox cubs should only be approached when in immediate danger (certainly this qualifies), and then are best left outdoors (even if orphaned), given supplemental dog food if needed.
Beautiful rescue, I hope the Baby found his mother, good comment about squashing cans, also cut plastic rings off bottles, I rescued a duck with one on it’s Beak, it couldn’t eat.
So happy for baby fox fair play to the kind man
Thank you for helping this adorable baby, we should all care about animals in general ????
THIS IS A MAN,A GOOD MAN???????????? .GOD BLESS YOU!!!
Folks please smash your cans after use. It’s quick/easy and you might prevent an animal from getting stuck.
Thank you for helping this baby.
Good idea. and also those drink cups, with the ‘bubble’ top and straw. I found a young cat with one stuck on his head. was told he was like that for days, in the heat.. I finally got close enough to pull it off.
