PETITION TARGET: Harford County Sheriff’s Office, Animal Control Unit

Two terrier puppies, estimated to be just four to six weeks old, were found dead in a covered crate filled with hair, waste, and bugs in a residential neighborhood in Edgewood, Maryland, according to local news.

These innocent pups, one male and one female, were allegedly dumped along a walking path in a filthy cage as though they were nothing more than trash, denied even the most basic dignity and respect. Young dogs deserve lives filled with happiness, and time to grow, play, and feel safe in a loving home.

While animal control is reportedly investigating, it is critical that they treat this case with the seriousness it deserves and act swiftly to find whoever is responsible, protect other animals from harm, and send a clear message that animal cruelty will not be tolerated.

Sign our petition urging Harford County Animal Control to thoroughly investigate this case, identify those involved, and pursue all applicable animal cruelty charges.

If you have any information about this case, please contact Harford County Animal Control at 410-638-3505.
