Turkey’s “Massacre Law” requires authorities to round up all community dogs and place them into shelters. Municipalities lack the infrastructure to house these dogs humanely, leading to alleged mass killing of millions of innocent street dogs. Dogs are reportedly bludgeoned or poisoned, before being dumped into mass graves.
