The Trump Organization’s official website, Trump.com, was infiltrated by a hacker last week who felt it appropriate that the real-estate mogul and presidential candidate’s home-base be home, for at least a few hours, to on amazing tribute to Jon Stewart.
The hacker, identified only by the Twitter handle @TelecomixCanada, left a long and memorable message for Stewart, whose run on the Daily Show came to a glorious end Thursday night:
One notable excerpt:
“Know, Sir, that your steadfast dedication to the irony and power of Truth has inspired a generation which we ourselves now serve. That our collective thanks appear here will, we hope, amuse you as much as it will them.”
This isn’t the first time The Donald has had his website attacked. In 2011, Trump.com was defaced by a Tunisian hacker. The site’s content was replaced with a simple page announcing the hacker and a website which lasted for most of a day.
